85203 88004 Acert C15 Ceramic Coated Exh Manifold '04-'10

Replaces OEM #231-6127. The 85203 manifold is generally found in trucks that have the Acert C-15 Engine and also have a sloped hood like a Peterbilt 389 model. It is always a best practice to verify what the stock OEM manifold is by visually looking at the center section part number or getting the engine serial number. ARP Turbo studs are included.
